Qualifications

• Degree or relevant qualification in finance, accounting, economics, public policy, business, computer science, data analytics, AI or related discipline.
• Interest in strategy, public sector finance, AI and digital transformation.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking, ability to examine issues from multiple perspectives and draw conclusions.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems, develop clear statements and conceptualise practical solutions.
• Synthesize information from multiple sources and communicate key insights clearly.
• Basic awareness of AI concepts or willingness to learn how to apply them to finance/business processes.
• Internships/school projects or co-curricular activities involving research, data, technology, finance or project work is advantageous.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Support AI strategy and execution research and roadmap.
• Frame AI use cases and assess opportunities and root causes.
• Conceptualise solution approaches, policy options, and implementation plans.
• Plan and deliver AI capability programmes for the Finance community.
• Develop learning resources and share practical AI applications with finance officers.
• Organise engagement sessions, hackathons and recognition programmes.
• Engage finance officers and stakeholders to test assumptions and refine designs.
• Analyse qualitative and quantitative information to support reporting.
