Qualifications

• Public sector finance background or related field.
• Experience in strategy, programme management, or transformation delivery preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience may be considered for senior role.
• Strong interest in AI and digital transformation and ability to translate AI concepts into business applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of Public Sector Finance AI Strategy and roadmap.
• Manage end-to-end AI use case pipeline from framing to scale with IT and vendors.
• Develop best practice playbooks and embed responsible AI in use cases.
• Build AI capability programmes including training pathways and workshops.
• Serve as AI expert translating concepts for leadership and finance officers.
• Organise engagement sessions, hackathons, and recognition programs to sustain momentum.
• Engage senior leaders to secure buy-in and align with business needs.
• Define and track KPIs across AI initiatives for reporting.
