Job summary

The Accountant-General's Department in Singapore invites applications to join our team to help develop and implement AI strategy and transformation initiatives for the public sector finance workforce and function. You will research emerging trends, frame complex problems and help conceptualise practical AI initiatives for the Finance community.

You will collaborate with colleagues, stakeholders and external partners, while supporting AI capability programmes, learning resources and workshops.

Qualifications

• Degree or relevant qualification in finance, accounting, economics, public policy, business, computer science, data analytics, AI or a related discipline.
• Interest in strategy, public sector finance, AI and digital transformation.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; able to examine issues from multiple perspectives.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and develop clear statements and solutions.

Responsibilities

• AI Strategy and Execution: support research, synthesis of insights, and framing AI use cases.
• Capability Development and Change Management: plan and deliver AI capability programs and resources.
• Stakeholder Engagement and Community Building: organise engagement sessions and collaboration across agencies.
• Performance Measurement and Reporting: analyse information and provide clear insights for decision making.
