Sunway Intgen Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Junior Sales Executive to have real, informed conversations with business leaders about agentic AI solutions. You’ll learn our offerings, work with solution engineers, and grow from lead generation into managing your own deals.

In this role you’ll perform prospecting and discovery, collaborate on demos and ROI estimates, and manage the sales pipeline while addressing data security, governance, and cost considerations.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in any discipline required; business or CS background preferred.
• Strong interest in AI and its business impact; personal use of AI tools.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin; ability to explain technical ideas in business terms.
• Curiosity, active listening, resilience, and self-motivation.
• Willingness to rapidly learn technical basics of AI agents.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting & Outreach: research target companies, identify decision-makers, initiate conversations via email, LinkedIn, phone, events, referrals.
• Discovery Conversations: understand workflows, pain points, goals; explain what agentic AI is (and isn’t); assess fit.
• Deal Progression: collaborate with engineers on demos, proposals, ROI estimates; manage CRM pipeline; address data security, governance, cost, and change concerns.
• Market Feedback: share objections insights; help improve sales playbooks and messaging.
