As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will act as a subject‑matter expert and a technical bridge between customers, support operations, and product and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, CS, Engineering, Digital Marketing, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in operations, support, technical solutions, or product role within a technical environment.
• Working knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP, APIs) with troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in CRM, messaging, or API-based technology industries.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-touch resolution experience for Meta's strategic Business Messaging Partners.
• Develop knowledge across Meta Business Agent and the Business Messaging portfolio.
• Breakdown and resolve complex technical issues for high-touch customers using debugging tools.
• Drive scale across the support funnel and improve internal/external support processes.
• Act as a trusted advisor on the Meta Business Agent product.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on go-to-market and operational readiness.
