Job summary

Singapore Telecommunications Limited is seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to design, build, and scale AI and agentic AI solutions that drive real business impact. You will collaborate with solution architects and Lead AI Engineers to translate requirements into robust AI-driven systems, ensuring security, scalability, and production readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, Engineering, Data, AI/ML, or related field.
• 3-5 years of proven experience developing and deploying software and AI solutions.
• Proficient in Python, and TypeScript/Node.js, SQL.
• Hands-on with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar AI frameworks.
• Experience with API development and integration (RESTful, gRPC, MCP a plus).
• Knowledge of middleware systems, including SSO and access control (OAuth2, JWT).
• Familiar with version control (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket).
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end AI/agentic AI workflows.
• Develop and maintain integration of AI solutions with enterprise systems via APIs.
• Collaborate with architects and software engineers on solution approaches.
• Enhance and maintain user interfaces for usability and continuous improvement.
• Design hybrid solutions with backend, frontend, LLM, and RPA concepts.
• Maintain middleware components including SSO, authentication and authorization.
• Monitor production AI solutions, KPIs, and fix performance issues.
