Meta is seeking a Technical Solutions Consultant for Meta Business Agent in Singapore. You will serve as a subject matter expert on AI agent experiences, acting as a technical bridge between customers, support operations, and product/engineering teams.

Responsibilities include resolving complex technical issues, enabling front-line AI agents, and driving product improvements through data-driven insights. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in tech-enabled roles and strong web tech fluency.

Qualifications

5+ years in operations, support, technical solutions, or product roles within a technical environment.
Working knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP, APIs) with hands-on troubleshooting experience.
Ability to translate technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience in CRM, messaging, conversational AI, or API-based technology industries.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-touch resolution experiences for Meta's strategic Business Messaging Partners.
Develop deep subject matter knowledge across Meta Business Agent and Business Messaging.
Breakdown and resolve complex technical issues for high-touch customers using internal tools and logs.
Drive scale by improving support processes and defect logging; partner with cross-functional teams to resolve.
