Job summary

JOBSTER PRIVATE LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced AI engineer to lead the development of advanced analytics, ML, and AI-driven solutions that address business challenges and deliver actionable insights.

You will design, develop, and implement AI products including applications leveraging Agentic AI frameworks, building agents and production-ready solutions, and collaborating across frontend/backend teams to apply cloud principles.

Qualifications

• Experience in Agentic AI engineering, web application development, data science, or related disciplines.
• Hands-on experience developing and implementing AI skills, harnesses, MCPs, and Agentic AI frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of advanced analytics, ML, and AI-driven solutions to generate actionable insights.
• Design, develop, and implement AI products and applications using Agentic AI frameworks for practical use cases.
• Build and maintain AI-powered agents and applications from proof-of-concept to production.
• Develop software solutions across frontend and backend with cloud data architecture in mind.
• Improve development workflows with automation, reusable components, tooling, and standard practices.
• Perform functional and performance testing using diverse techniques and tools for quality delivery.
• Collaborate with tech teams on cloud-based agent and application architecture and implementation.
• Analyse business requirements and recommend tech solutions using Agile delivery methodologies.
• Support end-to-end product lifecycle including roadmap, development, testing, deployment, and enhancements.
• Define non-functional requirements and assess database solutions in compliance with regulations.
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver products and explore AI/automation opportunities.
