Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Pre-Sales, Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or related role.
• Strong understanding of on-premise and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), APIs, and web applications.
• Familiarity with enterprise IT environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to tailor messages to technical and business audiences.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical aspects of the sales cycle, including solution design, security reviews, and integration discussions.
• Lead PoC and pilot implementations to showcase product capabilities.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to prospects, addressing questions around architecture, APIs, data security, and scalability.
• Provide customer feedback to product and engineering teams to help guide roadmap decisions.
• Create and maintain reusable sales assets such as demo environments, solution diagrams, and technical FAQs.
• Occasionally support RFP/RFI responses with technical input.
• Contribute to best practices, templates, and tools to streamline implementation and delivery.
• Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients to identify opportunities for upsell.
