Job summary

Baidu, Inc. is seeking a Solution Consulting professional in Singapore to engage enterprise clients, uncover business needs, and identify AI-driven opportunities.

You will design tailored AI solutions with product and R&D, deliver product demos and PoC projects, and support RFP/RFI processes while coordinating with cross-functional teams for successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/AI/DS/IT or related field.
• 3–5 years in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical support for AI/Big Data/Cloud/SaaS.
• Solid understanding of AI concepts and business application.

• Solution Consulting & Requirement Analysis: engage enterprise clients to understand business processes, technical needs, and pain points; collaborate with sales to identify AI-driven business opportunities
• Technical Solution Design: work with product and R&D teams to develop tailored AI solutions; prepare technical proposals, architecture diagrams, and presentations
• Product Demo & PoC: deliver product demos, workshops, and technical presentations; plan and execute PoC projects aligned with client expectations and success criteria
• Tender & Proposal Support: assist in RFP/RFI responses, technical documentation, and pricing proposals; ensure compliance with technical standards and client requirements
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: coordinate with sales, product, engineering, and delivery teams for smooth pre-sales to delivery transition; provide client feedback to improve products and solutions
• Stay updated on AI trends; represent the company at industry events
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, or related fields
• 3–5 years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical support for AI, Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS products
• Solid understanding of AI concepts (e.g., machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision) and their business applications
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Ability to design technical architectures and solution roadmaps that align with client objectives
• Experience with RFP/RFI processes, technical proposal writing, and Proof of Concept delivery
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
