Job summary

RE:AI is building a customer-facing AI engineering function inside Customer Success to turn AI conversations into signed pilots. Engineers work with customers from exploratory meetings to live pilots, delivering prototypes and reference deployments, GPU sizing, and benchmarking.

You will also handle TCO modelling, tender support, and strategic engagements to win deals. You will split time between technical judgment and communication, representing the platform to both engineers and CXOs, and

Qualifications

• Genuinely customer-facing with the ability to lead technical conversations.
• Experience building with LLMs, agents, tool-calling, and orchestration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for mixed technical/executive audiences.
• Ability to model TCO and explain cost drivers to customers.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
• Strong engineering fundamentals in at least one backend stack.

Responsibilities

• Scope opportunities with Customer Success and Sales to determine what to build to move deals forward.
• Build prototypes and custom demos that win the deal, including live demonstrations.
• Size platforms with GPU sizing, benchmarking, and model selection to meet latency/cost targets.
• Support pilots with integration guidance and tuning, then hand off to production teams.
• Create reusable assets and templates for future deals.
• Be the technical face to customer engineers and CXOs, explaining tradeoffs.
• Contribute to tenders, RFPs, and pre-sales content with architecture sections.
• Model the commercial case, including TC0 and token economics.
• Contribute to thought leadership, webinars, and GTM materials.
