Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD in CS, statistics, applied mathematics or equivalent research experience.
• Ability to generate new ideas.
• At least 3 years of academic or industrial experience in recommendation & search, NLP, DL, ML or related fields.
• Strong programming skills in C/C++, Java, Python.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cutting-edge research in recommendation & search, NLP and deep learning & LLM.
• Develop AI-enabled products and services with other groups in the company.
• Collaborate with world-class organizations in academia projects.
