Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a researcher to advance AI methods in recommendation, search, and NLP, including deep learning and LLM. You will contribute to AI-enabled products and collaborate with academia on cutting-edge projects.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s or PhD with 3+ years in relevant fields and strong programming skills in C/C++, Java, Python, and a passion for innovative ideas.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD in CS, statistics, applied mathematics or equivalent research experience.
• Ability to generate new ideas.
• At least 3 years of academic or industrial experience in recommendation & search, NLP, DL, ML or related fields.
• Strong programming skills in C/C++, Java, Python.

• Have strong programming skills, experienced in one or more programming languages including but not limited to: C/C++, Java, Python
