Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Proficient in Python and deep learning frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs including fine-tuning and prompt engineering.
• Strong understanding of NLP and computer vision.
• Experience building end-to-end ML pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize LLM-based and multimodal agent architectures.
• Conduct experiments in prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and workflows.
• Build and maintain evaluation frameworks for AI model performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities.
• Stay current with the latest research in LLMs and AI agents.
• Contribute to internal AI tooling and infrastructure.
