Job summary

Huawei App Store seeks a Search and Recommendation Algorithm Expert in Singapore to drive end-to-end recall and ranking model development. You will participate in R&D, design A/B tests, and evaluate performance across applications and services.

Qualifications

• PhD preferred (CS/Engineering)
• 3+ years team management in search engine
• Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms, ML, DL, NLP, LLM, Big Data Analysis
• Programming languages: Python, Java, Scala; DL frameworks TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Research/project experience in search/advertising/AI/GC, etc.
• Ability to analyze large complex data and provide solutions
• Excellent communication and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Participate in R&D of search service in Huawei App Store
• Lead end-to-end recall and ranking algorithm development and integration
• Design and implement A/B tests, experiments and evaluation methods
• Explore AI methods including information retrieval, ranking, LLM and search & recommendation
