Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a research-focused professional to advance our AI capabilities in recommendation and search, with emphasis on natural language processing, deep learning, and large language models.

You will conduct cutting-edge research and contribute to AI-enabled products and services across groups. Collaborating with world-class academic partners, you will translate research findings into practical solutions, publish or present when appropriate, and mentor junior

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent research experience in relevant fields.
• Ability to generate new ideas and contribute novel research concepts.
• 3 years of academic or industrial experience in recommendation & search, NLP, DL, ML, or related fields.
• Proficient programming in one or more languages including C/C++, Java, Python.
