TÜV SÜD Group in Singapore is seeking an AI Recruitment Marketing Intern to help attract top talent by telling compelling stories about our people and purpose, blending hands-on marketing with AI-powered content creation. You will drive our employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives with creative storytelling across social platforms.

Collaborate with HR and Marketing to develop ideas, manage social content, produce employer branding videos, and draft posts for campaigns.

Qualificações

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Marketing, Media, Design, Communications or related field.
• Experience in content creation and video editing is a plus.
• Strong communication and initiative; able to work both collaboratively and independently.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with HR and Marketing to develop and execute creative ideas and design concepts.
• Create and manage social media content, including write-ups, posters, and short videos highlighting our employer brand.
• Produce and edit employer branding videos capturing our work environment and employee experiences.
• Draft engaging social media posts and promotional materials for employer branding events and campaigns.
• Support the HR team with ad-hoc duties, contributing to overall marketing and branding efforts.

As the AI Recruitment Marketing Intern, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to showcase our company culture and attract top talent. Your role will be a blend of hands-on marketing activities and creative content creation via AI platforms, focusing on social media posts, employer branding videos, and digital marketing initiatives. You will help drive our employer branding and recruitment marketing activities by telling meaningful and inspiring stories about our people and purpose.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the HR and Marketing teams to develop and execute creative ideas and design concepts.
• Create and manage social media content, including write-ups, posters, and short videos that highlight our employer brand.
• Produce and edit employer branding videos that capture the essence of our work environment and employee experiences.
• Draft engaging social media posts and promotional materials for employer branding events and campaigns.
• Support the HR team with any ad-hoc duties, contributing to the overall marketing and branding efforts of the company.

Key Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Marketing, Media, Design, Communications or any related field.
• Experience in content creation and video editing will be an added advantage.
• Result and service-oriented individual who possesses initiative and good communication skills.
• A proactive team player but with the ability to work independently in challenging projects and timelines.
