Siemens Mobility in Singapore is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition & Employer Brand Coordinator to shape our recruitment strategy and candidate experience. You'll own end-to-end hiring processes, build a strong employer brand through engaging content, social media, and blogs, and collaborate with HR, marketing, and communications to attract top talent in a dynamic, international environment.

• Talent Acquisition: Driving the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and managing job postings.
• Candidate Experience: Building and maintaining talent networks while ensuring a positive candidate experience through clear and timely communication.
• Content Creation: Developing engaging content, including social media posts and blog articles, to showcase our employer brand.
• Brand Management: Supporting our employer branding social media efforts and assisting in organizing and updating brand materials.
• Market Research: Conducting research to analyze trends and competitor activities in the employer branding space.
• Collaboration: Working closely with HR, marketing, and communications teams on various projects.

• Organizational Skills: A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Team Player : The ability to work well in a team, maintaining a positive attitude and a strong eagerness to learn.
