Job summary

TÜV SÜD Group in Singapore is seeking an AI Recruitment Marketing Intern to help attract top talent by telling compelling stories about our people and purpose, blending hands-on marketing with AI-powered content creation. You will drive our employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives with creative storytelling across social platforms.

Collaborate with HR and Marketing to develop ideas, manage social content, produce employer branding videos, and draft posts for campaigns.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Degree in Marketing, Media, Design, Communications or related field.
Experience in content creation and video editing is a plus.
Strong communication and initiative; able to work both collaboratively and independently.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with HR and Marketing to develop and execute creative ideas and design concepts.
Create and manage social media content, including write-ups, posters, and short videos highlighting our employer brand.
Produce and edit employer branding videos capturing our work environment and employee experiences.
Draft engaging social media posts and promotional materials for employer branding events and campaigns.
Support the HR team with ad-hoc duties, contributing to overall marketing and branding efforts.
