Job summary

Skills & Workforce Development Agency (SWDA) is seeking a Programme Operations professional to support the SkillsFuture AI Subscription initiative under the NA IIP. You will oversee onboarding of AI providers, manage claims processing, and ensure governance and financial controls across the programme.

The role focuses on safeguarding public funds and strengthening programme integrity. The successful candidate will collaborate with policy, finance, procurement, technology and service delivery

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in programme operations or related fields.
• Experience in governance, risk management or financial controls is a plus.
• Experience with data analytics and reporting is preferred.
• Experience with AI or CET initiatives would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding and operational integration of AI solution providers into programme delivery processes.
• Assess provider readiness against operational, reporting, compliance and service requirements.
• Develop and maintain operational procedures, controls and implementation guidelines.
• Coordinate across policy, finance, procurement, technology and service delivery stakeholders to ensure smooth programme implementation.
• Manage claims verification processes and validate claims, invoices, utilisation records and supporting documents against programme requirements.
• Ensure claims are processed accurately, consistently and within established service standards.
• Investigate discrepancies, exceptions and irregularities with AI solution providers and other stakeholders.
• Oversee payment verification and reconciliation processes to ensure proper stewardship of public funds.
