Job summary

NCS is seeking an analytical and forward-thinking (Senior) AI Management Consultant to join the AI Consulting team within NEXT. You will help clients design and implement AI-enabled strategies, analyse business processes, and drive operational excellence across diverse industries in APAC.

You will work with senior leaders to identify performance gaps, define improvement opportunities, and deploy data-driven AI solutions while supporting change management and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 3–6 years of management or strategy/operations consulting experience.
• Strong AI strategy, process transformation, or operational excellence background.
• Customer-oriented and commercial thinking.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders including C-level.
• Excellent English communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Business Analysis: assess AI readiness, map and redesign end-to-end processes, analyze data to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Transformation: develop AI roadmaps, KPIs, and plan implementations; support change management.
• Client Engagement & Delivery: lead workstreams, collaborate with cross-functional teams, present to senior executives; mentor juniors.
