Job summary

FJ & Joseph Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive to own Spacekoncept’s online presence and drive growth using AI-driven strategies. You’ll manage campaigns across Google, Meta, Instagram, TikTok and more, optimise SEO, and enhance product listings and content.

The role also spans social media, content creation, and e-commerce optimization. You’ll collaborate with the team to improve the customer journey, deliver engaging content, and stay ahead of trends in digital marketing

Qualifications

Diploma in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications or related field.
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce or related role.
Strong understanding of social media marketing and digital advertising.
Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics and Google Ads.
Good copywriting and content creation skills.
Familiarity with Canva, CapCut or similar content creation tools.
Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT and other AI marketing tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Creative, proactive and willing to experiment with new ideas.
Able to work independently and take ownership of projects.
Good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, Instagram, TikTok and other platforms.
Plan and manage campaigns to generate traffic, enquiries and sales.
Monitor campaigns and optimise budgets for ROI.
Develop promotional campaigns for products, seasonal offers and launches.
Improve website visibility through SEO and content marketing.
Research keywords to increase organic traffic; create and optimise pages, listings, landing pages and blog content.
Monitor website traffic, rankings, conversions and user behaviour with analytics tools.
Improve the customer journey and online shopping experience.
Grow social media presence and create engaging content across channels.
Coordinate product photos/videos and develop content (videos, reels, graphics, articles).
Stay updated with trends and identify engagement opportunities.
Manage and improve product listings on Spacekoncept and marketplaces.
Write compelling product descriptions and optimise images/content.
Support online promotions and product launches.
Analyse customer behaviour and sales data to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with operations to enhance e-commerce experiences.
Explore and implement AI tools to improve productivity and content creation.
Use AI for content, engagement, research, SEO and automation.
Identify automation opportunities for lead generation and follow-ups.
Experiment with AI marketing tools and recommend solutions.
