MoneySmart Group in Singapore is seeking a Senior Acquisition Marketing Specialist to drive cost-efficient growth across paid search, social, display, and affiliate channels. Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in performance or acquisition marketing, preferably in fintech/marketplace/e‑commerce/tech
• Experience managing digital marketing campaigns end to end in-house or via agency
• Experience using customer engagement platforms like Braze is a plus
• Certifications such as Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, SEO, or other digital marketing qualifications are advantageous

Responsibilities

• Optimize search and social campaigns with guidance from the Acquisitions Lead
• Execute test & learn campaigns and report results; propose new optimization areas
• Own personal upskilling in campaign optimization, analytics platforms, and AI
• Own end-to-end weekly reporting and forecasts for the business unit
• Coordinate and execute performance marketing campaigns from brief to delivery and reporting
• Support delivery of sponsored content and Media Sales campaigns
• Manage the email marketing calendar and coordinate with stakeholders on delivery and reporting
