Job summary

Tall Ship Adventures Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on Technical Marketer to build and maintain our websites, optimize paid advertising, and own analytics & automation. You will work across HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP and WordPress, ensuring fast, mobile-friendly pages and strong conversion paths.

You will also run Google and Meta ads, implement GA4/GTM, and design AI-powered workflows to speed up operations and nurture leads. A practical coder mindset is key.

Qualifications

• Proficient in HTML, CSS, PHP and JavaScript with CMS experience.
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, GTM and conversion tracking.
• Practical experience with AI tools and workflow automation.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to translate technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain websites and landing pages with speed and conversion in mind.
• Manage paid media campaigns end-to-end and analyze ROAS, CPA, CPL.
• Own analytics stack and ensure accurate GA4/GTM tracking.
• Develop AI-driven automation to streamline lead nurturing and admin.

Role overview

This is not a traditional marketing role. We are looking for a hands‑on Technical Marketer who can build and maintain our websites, run and optimise our paid advertising, own tracking and analytics, and use AI and automation to make the whole operation faster.

You should be equally comfortable inside a website’s code, in an ads account, and experimenting with the latest AI tools.

What you will do

• Websites — build and maintain our sites and landing pages in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP and WordPress; improve speed, mobile experience and conversion; handle forms, APIs, integrations and technical SEO.
• Paid media — run Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, Remarketing) and Meta Ads end to end: targeting, creative testing, budgets and bids, and ROAS, CPA and CPL analysis.
• Analytics — own GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking across Google and Meta, including Meta Pixel and the Conversions API; build the reports and diagnose the discrepancies.
• AI & automation — build AI agents and automated workflows in n8n, Make or Zapier; connect AI tools to our website and CRM; automate lead nurturing, customer enquiries and repetitive admin.

What you will need

• HTML, CSS, PHP and JavaScript; WordPress or a similar CMS; APIs, hosting and domains; SEO.
• Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking and A/B testing.
• Practical experience with AI tools, prompt engineering and workflow automation platforms.
• A builder’s instinct — happy to be handed a business problem and work out how to solve it with code, data, AI and automation, rather than briefing an agency.
• The ability to explain technical things clearly to people who are not technical.

Nice to have

Python, Git, SQL, Looker Studio, Google Search Console, server-side tracking, CRM/email/WhatsApp automation, or experience in e-commerce, hospitality or tourism.
