Job summary

Active Manpower Resources Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on marketing professional to create graphics, listing images, banners and short AI-assisted videos. You will plan monthly campaigns, maintain content calendars and develop content for Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and social media.

You'll research market trends, review campaign performance with the e-commerce team, and strive to improve sales conversions. The ideal candidate has a marketing degree and hands-on digital marketing experience with

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or related field.
Experience in digital marketing, content creation or graphic design is an advantage.
Familiar with AI tools and design software such as ChatGPT, Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
Good copywriting skills and basic video editing abilities.
Creative, proactive and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

Create marketing graphics, product listing images, promotional banners and short videos using AI tools and design software.
Plan and execute monthly marketing campaigns and maintain a content calendar.
Develop marketing content for Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and social media.
Research competitors and market trends.
Review campaign performance and work with the e-commerce team to improve sales conversion.
