Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Solution Consultant to support Employee Experience, Customer Workflow and ITX Solution Sales. You will guide revenue for a product with the support of Sales, Product Management, and the executive team.

This is a hands-on technical consultant role capable of wide and deep solution delivery and positioning during sales cycles. The incumbent will develop, position, and provide product-specific solutions, lead discovery workshops, answer questions, and share best practices

Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into work processes or decision-making.
• 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering.
• Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or cloud software solutions.
• Experience working with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services.
• Territory management including pipeline building; travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support product sales as a technical and domain expert of a client-facing sales team.
• Lead discovery workshops to determine customers' challenges and give product demonstrations to align our solution with customer needs.
• Answer product feature and technical questions from customers, channel partners and colleagues.
• Provide feedback to product management about product enhancements that address customer needs.
• Share and reuse best practices and assets with the team to improve quality and efficiency.
• Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
• Support marketing events including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.
