You will provide L2/L3 production and application support for AI platform services, troubleshoot incidents, and work with SREs to ensure platform stability.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Production/Application Support or Technical Operations.
• Strong troubleshooting and defect investigation skills.
• Hands-on Python and/or Bash scripting experience.
• Experience analyzing logs/traces with monitoring tools.
• Ability to debug code using stack traces and logs.
• Experience supporting production apps used by real users.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production and application support for AI Platform services and applications.
• Investigate and troubleshoot production incidents impacting business users and platform consumers.
• Perform root cause analysis and document findings, recommendations and preventative actions.
• Analyse logs, traces and monitoring data using Datadog, Splunk, ELK or CloudWatch.
• Debug application issues and defects, including Python code where required.
• Support Kubernetes-based applications through log analysis and runtime diagnostics.
• Develop simple automation scripts using Python/Bash to improve efficiency.
• Support production deployments, release validation and change management activities.
• Escalate issues to SRE and engineering teams with clear findings and evidence.
