Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving to translate ambiguous problems into structured solutions.
• Experience with Java and/or Python in enterprise environments.
• Exposure to AI development tools, GenAI platforms, or AI-assisted engineering practices.
• Strong communication to explain approaches and trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Apply an AI-first approach to software engineering, leveraging AI tools to accelerate design, development, testing, troubleshooting, and operations.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate problems into scalable technical solutions.
• Rapidly build POCs and prototypes to validate use cases and secure stakeholder buy-in.
• Modernise and refactor legacy applications, platforms, and data workflows across the tech landscape.
• Develop and maintain applications and automation solutions using Java and Python.
• Support business-critical platforms through incident investigation, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with global teams across regions to deliver technology solutions and platform enhancements.
• Evaluate and adopt emerging AI capabilities to improve developer productivity and software delivery.
