AVENTIS GRADUATE SCHOOL PTE. LTD. is seeking a results-driven sales professional to drive enrolment and business-development for its AI-learning propositions in Singapore. The role blends consultative selling with translating AI use cases into learning or business solutions.

You will own B2C and B2B opportunities from enquiry to close, build a disciplined pipeline, forecast, and report on conversions while collaborating with departments across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven consultative sales and business-development experience, preferably in education or tech.
• Strong communication, presentation, objection handling and closing skills.
• Commercial curiosity about AI applications and digital transformation.
• Good CRM discipline with ability to manage multiple opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Own and convert B2C and B2B opportunities from enquiry to close.
• Conduct needs-based consultations on learner goals, eligibility and progression.
• Maintain a high-quality sales pipeline with regular reporting and forecasting.
• Develop corporate short courses and AI-capability-building with departments.
• Identify client AI use cases and translate into education or pilot opportunities.
• Support events and demonstrations to generate demand and credibility.
• Provide feedback to marketing and product teams on objections and signals.
