Qualifications
- Diploma or higher in IT, CS, IS, or related field.
- 2–3 years in IT support or systems administration.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, networking, and cybersecurity.
Responsibilities
- Identify and implement technology-driven improvements across departments.
- Maintain IT hardware, software, assets, user accounts and access.
- Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures and controls.
- Provide timely technical support for hardware, software, network and systems.
- Collaborate with departments to assess tech needs and propose solutions.
- Support development and maintenance of internal systems, dashboards, and automation.
- Guide users on AI-enabled tool adoption with documentation.
- Plan, coordinate and execute IT projects with budget adherence.
- Evaluate vendor/software relationships to optimize IT resources.
- Monitor AI apps, cybersecurity trends and digital tools for value.
