Job summary

You will translate business requirements into infrastructure designs, ensure compliance with SG-TRM and IT policies, manage infrastructure projects, and serve as the main point of contact for platform operations applications, collaborating with SR/OS teams. Experience with AI/ML tools and automation is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience using AI/ML tools within ICT infrastructure or platform operations contexts.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable infrastructure designs.
• Experience with automation tooling for configuration management and testing.

Responsibilities

• Implement projects to ensure service delivery for platform operations applications.
• Translate business requirements into platform operations infrastructure design.
• Ensure compliance with SG-TRM, IT Policies and Technical Architecture.
• Manage infrastructure projects and services for platform operations applications (e.g., LMS Syslog, MXNet, APIMG, IDM).
• Serve as the main infrastructure point-of-contact for platform operations applications.
• Assist in infrastructure architecture reviews and remediation for platform operations applications.
• Support AI initiatives to enhance platform operations efficiency and automated testing.
• Maintain understanding of the platform operations application's environment.
