Job summary

National University of Singapore's AI Singapore seeks an experienced AI Governance Strategy Manager to shape and operationalise an AI governance framework. The role focuses on strategy, playbooks, and risk-informed governance across AI deployments.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and regulatory stakeholders to ensure responsible use and ongoing governance improvements. The position is based at Kent Ridge Campus within AISG and reports to the Office of the Deputy

Qualifications

• Experience in governance, risk, policy, or technology assurance.
• Ability to translate AI strategy into actionable governance playbooks.
• Evidence of stakeholder engagement and briefing pack drafting.
• Strong written communication and documentation skills.
• Understanding of AI risk across the product development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements for AI deployments.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of an AI governance framework and playbook.
• Develop AI strategy roadmaps, guidelines for tools, models, and use cases.
• Influence AI-related risk considerations across product lifecycles.
• Provide regular reports and insights on governance effectiveness and metrics.
• Conduct strategic foresight to identify opportunities to optimise policies.
• Provide updates on evolving AI-related laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement governance controls.
