Job summary

National University of Singapore (AISG) seeks an experienced AI Governance Manager to shape and operationalise an AI governance framework in partnership with AISG and SAF Centre. You will drive strategy, manage stakeholders across the enterprise, and monitor governance metrics to ensure responsible AI use.

Role focuses on risk assessment, policy development, and compliance with evolving AI regulations, contributing to Singapore's national AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in governance, risk, compliance, policy, or technology assurance.
• Ability to draft playbooks, matrices, and briefing packs.
• Strong quantitative skills for KPI design and governance metrics.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI strategy roadmap outlining objectives, guidelines and use of AI tools.
• Develop and implement AI governance playbook for operationalisation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address AI-related risks across product lifecycle.
• Provide regular reports and insights on AI governance effectiveness.
• Conduct strategic foresight to identify opportunities to optimise AI governance policies.
• Provide updates on evolving AI-related legal and regulatory requirements.
• Manage and influence internal senior stakeholders and external regulators.
