Job summary

EAMES Consulting Group (Singapore) PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced AI Governance Manager to lead enterprise governance of AI systems, including Generative AI initiatives.

You will establish frameworks, manage risk, ensure regulatory compliance, and engage stakeholders across technology, legal, and risk teams. You will drive awareness, policy enhancement, and ongoing governance improvements across the full AI lifecycle, collaborating with enterprise stakeholders to embed responsible AI practices

Qualifications

• Experience in AI governance, data governance, risk, or compliance.
• Knowledge of AI ethics, data privacy, and regulatory obligations.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and oversight of AI governance frameworks and operating procedures.
• Manage AI system lifecycle governance including registration, risk assessments, approvals, monitoring, and recertification.
• Conduct AI risk and compliance reviews covering ethics, privacy, cybersecurity, and regulatory obligations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure governance, security, and operational requirements before deployment.
• Drive governance awareness, reporting, policy enhancement, and engagement with committees and industry forums.
