Job summary

GovTech Singapore is seeking a Strategy & Portfolio Management Manager to translate AI strategy into execution. You will establish the operating rhythm of the AI Strategy Office, support strategic planning, and provide leadership with timely insights into progress, risks and opportunities.

Working with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams, you will turn strategy into actionable roadmaps, build dashboards, analyse adoption trends, and inform decision‑making across GovTech’s AI portfolio.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and structured thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience preparing reports or presentations for senior leadership.
• Ability to synthesise complex information into clear insights and recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and helping establish new ways of working.
• Ability to balance attention to detail with an understanding of broader strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic priorities into actionable AI plans, roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate annual and quarterly planning cycles across GovTech's AI portfolio.
• Monitor progress against objectives and analyse where initiatives succeed or face challenges.
• Provide leadership with timely insights into progress, risks and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a strategic view of AI programmes, products and initiatives.
• Build dashboards and reporting mechanisms for visibility into progress and performance.
• Support portfolio prioritisation and resource planning with structured analysis.
• Prepare reports and management papers for senior leadership.
• Establish and improve planning, reporting and portfolio processes within the AI Strategy Office.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align initiatives with priorities.
