Job summary

Prudential Hong Kong Limited is seeking an AI Governance Manager in Singapore to lead PACS AI governance, aligning local practices with Group standards. You will oversee risk assessments, registrations, approvals, and lifecycle governance of AI systems, including Generative AI.

The role requires 5+ years in data governance or risk management, with strong stakeholder and regulatory compliance skills. MAS guidelines and privacy considerations will guide daily work, in a dynamic, regulated

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data governance, AI/ML systems, or risk management.
• Strong understanding of AI ethics and regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with AI governance frameworks and standards.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain local AI governance SOPs aligned with Group policies.
• Perform initial risk assessments of AI systems including Generative AI.
• Guide stakeholders through AIWG reviews and approvals; ensure compliance with registrations.
• Collaborate with BISO and Data Privacy teams to address security and privacy throughout lifecycle.
