Job summary

You will coordinate governance with Data Science, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and Audit teams, maintaining documentation and regulatory readiness.

The role emphasizes collaboration and continuous improvement of enterprise AI governance practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 2 years in Model Risk Management, Validation, AI Governance, Risk or Regulatory Compliance in banking/financial services.
• Experience with ML/GenAI governance, lifecycle, and risk considerations.
• Familiarity with enterprise model risk management frameworks and regulatory expectations for AI.
• Experience preparing governance docs, inventories, audits, and regulatory activities.

Responsibilities

• Govern ML/GenAI governance to ensure policy compliance.
• Manage end-to-end model lifecycle from identification to retirement.
• Maintain governance docs, inventories, and risk records.
• Prepare governance reports and risk assessments for owners/auditors.
• Coordinate remediation actions from audits or reviews.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, and Model Risk Management teams.
• Ensure auditable, transparent AI models with governance documentation.
• Stay updated on AI governance regulations and best practices.
