Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a regulatory and risk-focused professional to oversee model governance for ML and GenAI initiatives in a banking context. You will communicate compliance statuses to stakeholders, document governance artifacts, and coordinate remediation and training.

You will collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, and Model Risk Management to ensure adherence to regulatory standards, manage the full model lifecycle, and prepare audit-ready

Qualifications

• 2 years in model risk management, validation, or compliance in banking industry.
• Experience in ML models and GenAI models.
• Experience in finance compliance or regulation and guidance into bank policies and controls.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess risks and identify remediation actions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; experience preparing management reports and audit documentation.
• Relevant certifications (e.g. PMP, FRM, PRM, CRISC, or NIST AI RMF practitioner) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate model compliance status and guidance to stakeholders with clear reports and presentations.
• Maintain and update model governance documentation, including inventory and policy documents.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, and Model Risk Management to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Coordinate model development, deployment, monitoring, and platform capabilities across the AI/ML lifecycle.
• Manage the full model lifecycle for ML and GenAI models and keep audit-ready risk documentation.
