Job summary

NCS is seeking an experienced Lead Consultant for Business Process Reengineering to partner with clients and cross-functional teams, analysing, redesigning, and optimizing processes for AI readiness. You will translate requirements into AI-first workflows, driving efficiency and measurable value from AI initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in BPR/analytical roles, with experience in technology or digital transformation projects, and strong skills in process mapping, stakeholder

Qualifications

• 3+ years in process reengineering or related roles (5+ preferred).
• Experience leading or supporting BPR initiatives in tech/digital or AI projects.
• Knowledge of AI concepts, data analytics, and digital technologies.
• Familiarity with process-mapping tools (Miro/Visio/Bizagi/ARIS).
• Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience in consulting, large enterprise, telco, government, healthcare, or regulated environments.
• Knowledge of change management methodologies, Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile.
• High emotional intelligence and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Ability to work independently and in diverse teams.
• Enthusiasm for future technologies and edge AI deployment.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices in AI projects and Agile environments.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business process reviews and reengineering for AI deployments.
• Design future-state AI-first workflows aligned with standards and AI capabilities.
• Develop detailed process docs, use cases, and transformation roadmaps.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, solution architects, and data scientists to identify bottlenecks and AI opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews to map as-is and to-be processes.
• Translate to-be workflows into AI project requirements and assess feasibility.
• Oversee pilots, measure impact, and refine recommendations from feedback.
• Ensure compliance with security, data governance and operational standards.
• Support project managers with risk identification and stakeholder engagement.
• Prepare presentations, training materials, and executive reports; build change management plans.
