Xtremax is seeking a Business Process Re-Engineering Consultant to transform how technology and operational teams work. You will review processes, identify manual workflows, and design practical solutions to reduce effort, delays, and risks.

Qualifications

Experience in business process re-engineering or digital transformation.
Practical knowledge of AI, workflow automation, and system integration.
Ability to translate process problems into practical, sustainable solutions.
Experience with IT operations, service management, cybersecurity, or related tech processes.
Strong documentation and communication skills.
Ability to define measurable outcomes and support adoption of new processes.

Responsibilities

Analyse and redesign end-to-end business and operational processes to reduce manual effort, delays, handoffs, and risks.
Identify and prioritise transformation opportunities based on business impact, implementation effort, risk, and automation potential.
Design and implement practical solutions using AI, workflow automation, infrastructure automation, and enterprise productivity tools.
Work with platforms such as ServiceNow, Power Automate, Ansible, Terraform, and enterprise copilots to automate and streamline operational workflows.
Integrate automated workflows with ITSM, CMDB, asset management, monitoring, security, and cloud platforms.
Improve processes across user and device lifecycle, server and cloud provisioning, network and firewall requests, asset management, monitoring, patching, and backup operations.
Support the transformation of audit, cybersecurity, compliance, application development, legacy modernisation, service catalogue, and management reporting processes.
Define and track measurable outcomes such as reduced processing time, fewer errors, reduced manual intervention, and improved service delivery.
Develop SOPs, technical documentation, knowledge articles, and operational dashboards to support adoption and ongoing operations.
Facilitate knowledge transfer and train operational teams to independently operate, maintain, and enhance the implemented solutions.
