You will connect brand, creative & content, media and data around the customer and translate challenges into actionable strategies and briefs that teams can execute.

This hands-on role requires shaping big ideas, mapping customer journeys, writing briefs and contributing to pitches, while building repeatable frameworks and tools to advance Monks'

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in strategy, planning or related roles across digital, social, creative, media or consultancy.
• Strong foundations in brand and customer strategy with digital thinking.
• Hands-on AI usage in strategy and curiosity about technology-driven marketing.
• Ability to connect brand, creative, content, media and data into one narrative.
• Commercial instincts and ability to identify opportunities beyond the brief.
• Experience leading or contributing to pitches and new business.
• Builder mentality to create repeatable frameworks and tools.
• Excellent storytelling, facilitation and presentation skills.

• Lead integrated strategies spanning brand, creative & content, media and data.
• Bring AI into research, insight generation, audience understanding and ideation.
• Coordinate across capabilities to form a cohesive client narrative.
• Understand client brands and journeys to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop repeatable strategy frameworks and contribute to thought leadership.
• Represent strategy capability in pitches, workshops and client conversations.
