• Account Maintenance & Operations: process new accounts in line with regulatory and KYC requirements; maintain data integrity.
• Client Servicing & Relationship Support: deliver high-quality client experience and meet service levels; seek improvements in satisfaction.
• AI & Automation Enablement: operate AI tools to support servicing, monitor performance, and collaborate with tech teams.
• General & Team Contributions: assist with ad-hoc projects, audits, and policy adherence; participate in process improvements.
