ERNST & YOUNG ADVISORY PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an AI-enabled Managed Services SME to drive business origination from active client deliveries and collaborate with Global Delivery Services (GDS) to present tailored AI solutions for Finance and Procurement functions.

You will lead SME activities, design AI-driven operating models, and guide teams on scaling AI in enterprise environments while identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts and strengthening client relationships.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
Deep expertise in artificial intelligence and managed services models.
Strong consulting and client-facing communication skills.
Proven track record in sales origination or account expansion.
Experience working with global delivery networks and cross-functional teams.
Specialized knowledge in Finance and Procurement transformations.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical and strategic expert for AI-enabled Managed Services.
Design and refine AI-driven operating models for client operations.
Identify new growth opportunities within existing client accounts.
Convert ongoing project delivery into expanded managed service contracts.
Partner with EY GDS teams to craft compelling client proposals.
Ensure alignment between onshore strategy and offshore delivery.
