Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in consulting, transformation, product, delivery, or change roles.
• Familiarity with modern delivery methods (agile, iterative delivery, design thinking), digital platforms, and AI-enabled workflows is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Frame client problems into clear objectives and value hypotheses.
• Design and prototype AI-enabled workflows and solutions.
• Translate business needs into implementable requirements and delivery plans.
• Deliver outcomes through agile sprints and iterative releases.
• Support adoption, training, and governance for responsible AI practices.
