Job summary

Westbury Partners is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead complex technology projects across trading systems, partnering with engineers and stakeholders to improve delivery, automation and processes using AI tools.

You will steer initiatives from inception to production, align multiple teams on priorities, manage risks and dependencies, and mentor junior managers while gaining exposure to sophisticated trading technology and the full project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing software development projects with engineering teams.
• Experience in trading firms or financial services is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent cross-functional communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Comfort with programming or scripting and CLI.
• Familiarity with AI-driven tooling for project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technology projects from inception through production.
• Track progress, dependencies, risks and delivery gaps.
• Coordinate feature rollouts across engineering teams.
• Develop and maintain project plans using Jira.
• Mentor junior technical project managers.
