Job summary

WESTBURY PARTNERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead complex technology projects in a trading/FinTech context. You will partner with engineers and stakeholders to drive delivery, automation and process improvements through AI-enabled approaches.

With 5+ years in software project management within financial services, you’ll translate technical details for diverse audiences, work with Jira, and mentor junior PMs while navigating multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing software development projects in trading/financial services.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent cross-functional communication for diverse stakeholders.
• Comfort with programming or scripting and command-line environments.

Responsibilities

• Establish project goals, deliverables, timelines, and priorities.
• Track progress, dependencies, risks, and delivery gaps.
• Coordinate feature rollouts across engineering teams.
• Develop and maintain project plans using Jira.
• Enhance PM tools with AI-driven solutions.
• Identify process improvements and provide strategic problem-solving.
• Maintain alignment across multiple teams and priorities.
• Mentor junior technical PMs.
