With 5+ years in software project management within financial services, you’ll translate technical details for diverse audiences, work with Jira, and mentor junior PMs while navigating multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Lead complex technology projects across trading systems, partnering with engineers and stakeholders to improve delivery, automation and processes while leveraging technical expertise and innovative AI tools.

What You’ll Do:

Lead complex technology projects from inception through production, working closely with engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders. You’ll bring structure to delivery, identify dependencies, manage risks and help teams execute high-impact initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Establish project goals, deliverables, timelines and priorities.
2. Track progress, dependencies, risks and delivery gaps.
3. Coordinate feature and functionality rollouts across engineering teams.
4. Develop and maintain project plans using tools such as Jira.
5. Enhance project management tools using AI-driven solutions.
6. Identify process improvements and provide strategic problem-solving.
7. Maintain alignment across multiple teams and competing priorities.
8. Mentor junior technical project managers.
