Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Singapore seeks a Lead Technical Program Manager to drive end-to-end delivery for Markets Technology programs, including Post-Trade, with a focus on risk, governance, and data-driven outcomes.

You will partner with Engineering, Product, and Operations to define milestones, manage RAID, and ensure high quality, scalable delivery across regions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years or equivalent in delivering complex technology programs.

• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams on priorities, scope, and trade-offs.
• Technical fluency to partner with engineers and vendors and manage dependencies.

• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills; ability to break down ambiguous objectives into executable plans.
• Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support program management workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity.

Responsibilities

• Own integrated program plans (scope, technical requirements, milestones, dependencies, resources) and drive execution through delivery.
• Proactively manage risks and issues (RAID), implement mitigation/contingency plans, and surface trade-offs with clear recommendations.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Operations, and business stakeholders to define outcomes, success metrics, and delivery milestones.
• Track delivery health using data (throughput, predictability, quality, operational metrics) and drive continuous improvement.
• Champion effective delivery practices (Agile/Lean where appropriate) and foster a culture of learning, transparency, and accountability.
• Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate program planning and risk synthesis (e.g., consolidating inputs into integrated plans, RAID, and executive-ready updates), validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity requirements.
• Promotes reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for program governance and reporting, ensuring human review and alignment to delivery standards.

As a Lead Technical Program Manager in Markets Technology, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional programs that support front-to-back Markets capabilities (including Post-Trade). • Comfortable operating hands-on in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment with changing priorities.
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills; ability to break down ambiguous objectives into executable plans.
• Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support program management workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity.
• Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations before use, escalating when uncertain and following data handling expectations.
