Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a Technical Project Manager I to drive growth and innovation within the Chief Technology Office. You will plan, execute, and govern technology programs, coordinating with the Tech Center Manager and pillar leads to align strategy, cadence, and budgets with delivery standards.

You will analyze data, develop executive updates, and promote AI-assisted practices while ensuring governance, risk management, and clear communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline.
• 1+ year of experience in technical program management with project planning, resource allocation and risk management; familiarity with agile methodologies in tech projects.
• Experience with enterprise AI capabilities in project workflows and strong validation habits.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of firmwide and location-specific technology programs, including planning, risk management, issue tracking, and stakeholder reporting.
• Coordinate leadership forums and program governance activities, including agenda prep, materials development, action tracking, and follow-up.
• Manage the Tech Center operating cadence, calendar, events and milestones to optimize engagement and program effectiveness.
• Partner with leadership teams to develop executive presentations and strategic communications showing progress and impact.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze trends, and identify data-driven opportunities to advance Tech Center objectives.
• Support operational excellence through budget management, issue resolution, process standardization, and continuous improvement.
• Promote AI-assisted practices for project reporting with human review and data sensitivity adherence.
