Job summary

ShopBack is seeking a highly driven operator to lead high-impact initiatives and fuel growth. In this fast-track leadership role, you will work directly with C-level executives to shape strategy, drive execution, and develop a track record for a future leadership position within the company.

You will own end-to-end strategic initiatives, collaborate with senior leaders, and manage cross-functional projects across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations.

Qualifications

• 8–16 years in commercial, product, or operations roles; entrepreneurial experience a plus.
• Proven cross-functional project leadership across functions.
• Strong data analytics and business analysis; translate data into actions.
• Experience leading a small team (2–3 people).
• Growth mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across teams and markets.
• Proven project management, delivering on deadlines and outcomes.
• Entrepreneurial, fast-paced, bias to action in ambiguous environments.
• Open to candidates from outside ecommerce/fintech; relevant experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic initiatives and end-to-end management of high-impact projects.
• Collaborate with C-level and senior leadership to drive growth and operational excellence.
• Lead stakeholder management within a lean project pod to unblock work and drive impact.
• Gain exposure through cross-functional, cross-market projects spanning Sales, Marketing, Product, and Ops.
• Build and run detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, and resources.
• Identify gaps, propose data-driven solutions, and implement improvements.
